It’s finally here! The new and enhanced LRDG Portal

After months of hard work, dedication and testing, we are proud to announce the launch of our improved online Portal. The upgraded Portal now has a new look as well as a series of new features to enhance customer experience and learners’ engagement. The new launch is part of our ongoing efforts to provide customers with performing and easy-to-use solutions to meet their evolving needs.

The following key benefits were realized throughout the Portal enhancement project:

The new Portal is freshly organized and provides an intuitive and easy-to-use interface, an appealing design and exciting new features. The information is presented in a structured,  intuitive way in order to facilitate the navigation.

Enhanced user experience
Learners, coordinators and managers can easily find the necessary information. Communication is now one click away with the new chat feature which allows learners to communicate in real-time with other Portal users from the same region or division. The Help Desk has been improved to include video tutorials, an user guide, FAQs and more. The new Portal design is made responsive which means that it can be accessed from any electronic device and screen size (tablet, IPhone) while conserving its great layout. Furthermore, learners can now access our FSL and ESL online language programs directly through the Portal, making the learning process easier than ever before.

Improved reporting capabilities
The new Portal includes more reports than before allowing customers to get a comprehensive overview of learners’ activity and progress, including tracking data from our online programs. All reports now have a similar look and feel, making the system even easier to use.

The Portal has been upgraded to include features suggested by our clients and we hope you enjoy everything it has to offer.
